IMPORTANT CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENT: COVID-19 Restrictions To Care
In light of Governor Phil Scott’s most recent COVID-19 restrictions, we have made the following changes at our clinic:
The office is currently open on a by appointment only – no walk-in care or nutrition services on site. Please contact us if you need supplements and we will ship them to you as needed.
Chiropractic appointments will be restricted to urgent need only – meaning if your condition would require you to seek help from urgent care or emergency care facilities. In this case, please call the office so we can limit your personal exposure and any reduce strain on essential health care providers.
Any non-urgent care patients looking for an appointment – we are still here for you. We understand that chiropractic care is important for you and ask you to be patient while we navigate these unexpected circumstances. Please call us – we have started a call list to get patients back in the office once restrictions are eased or lifted.
We are looking into the possibility/feasibility of telemedicine (voice calls) or telehealth (video calls and screen sharing) for non-urgent office visits that need advice for your concerns, as well as, adjusting to recent lifestyle changes (e.g. how to make working from home easier on your body, provide stretches and exercises and helping you understand how to be proactive about your health).
All nutrition services will move to the video or phone call format we have been using for years. This will allow us to help patients maintain healthy eating habits, combat the effects stress and anxiety on our health, and provide clear and sound advice on living in a world during this pandemic - there is a lot of false information regarding herbs and supplementation touted to prevent or cure infections.
These events are stressful for all of us and we urge everyone to be patient, calm and kind to those around you. We are all doing our best to get through these difficult and uncertain times. The internet has always been a difficult place to navigate health information and now it only seems worse. Here are the links to the State and Federal guidelines that impact you directly and provide you with the best research-based steps to protect yourself:
Again, we are still here for you. Please do not hesitate to contact us with questions or if you need our assistance. We remain dedicated and focused on helping you, and our community, get through this as safely as possible. We look forward to seeing all of you face-to-face when we are able to resume our regular care.
